Teacher's Day!
Teachers' Day was instituted to give recognition to teachers men and women with the noble work of educating new generations.
In many countries the "teacher day" is celebrated on different dates. But in Ecuador takes place only on 13 April each year, the date decreed by President Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno in tribute to the writer Juan Montalvo who was born on the same date.
